Recently on May 25th
an old black man named George Floyd was arrested by police in charge of buying
cigarettes with a counterfeit $20 bill in, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
The man was put on his knees and pinned to the ground by the officer. He became
unconscious and eventually died after being breathless for nine minutes. The
news speeded like fire amongst Americans. Not only in American but around the
world, people got agitated by the news. Currently, people are doing march and
signing petitions saying “Black Lives Matter”.
Now even the top-notch multinational companies are speaking up and breaking the silence.
Initially, people from the USA were
marching for it, but now people from around the globe are coming forward to
speak up for the rights of BLACK LIVES and to end the toxic racism.
