One of the few annoying things about yourself is snoring. Nearly everyone snores but for some people it can be too chronic. When the air passes through tissues in the throat, it causes the tissues to vibrate with a harsh sound. It is more common in people who also face tonsils and nose problems. Today, we are going to see some major causes and symptoms of snoring. Also, how can someone avoid snoring?
What Causes
Snoring?
Snoring is a breathing
sound that happens to some people when they sleep. It isn’t a serious problem; some
say snoring itself is a symptom of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSP). However, OSP
is very rare and mostly found in loud long-term snorers. It is caused due to
various reasons such as blocked nasal airways, not getting enough sleep, overweight,
sour tonsils, sleeping in the same positions, etc. Overweight develop it more
often as for their throat tissues are bulky which stops air from going into
your mouth and makes the uvula vibrate.
Are there any bad
symptoms of Snoring?
People usually worry
about swear symptoms of snoring. Normally it only disturbs the quality of sleep
without any serious harm. Because of your snoring, your partner might be agitated.
OSP is a disease that develops due to bad noisy breathing. In order to see the difference
between OSP and normal snoring, you should see the wavelengths of breath and
vibrations produced. If it causes you back pain, high blood pressure, restless
sleeping, headache, chest pain, and so on, you should see a doctor. Generally,
snoring leaves you with a lazy routine like dozing all day, less concentration on
work, and poor performance in the day time.
