Virus (COVID-19), the need to stay healthy has increased more than ever. Apart
from social distancing, disinfecting, and sanitizing, it is very important to

Here are a few ways to help your
immune system boost. A healthy diet and exercise are necessary but follow the
following steps to stay active and protected.

viruses.

6. Minimize your stress
level. Of course, physical strength is linked with mental strength and will
power.

jogging is regular for good health.
8. Hydration does not
prevent germs and viruses; however, it is good for all over health.
9. Limit your sugar
intakes such as sweetened tea or fruit juices. High sugar affects your blood
pressure level and disturbs the immune system.
10. Some studies indicate
that supplements like Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc. Elderberry and Garlic strengthen
the body’s general immune system.
