Lahore is the capital
of the Punjab province in Pakistan. It is one of the wealthiest cities with a GDP
of $58.14 billion and the 18th largest city in the world. The city has an
amazing historic cultural center of the wider Punjab region. The people here are

1. Lahore Fort:
Located at the northern end of the Walled City, Lahore the fort is an enormous citadel. It spreads over an area greater than 20 hectares. It
was constructed in different eras such as the Mughal Empire, Sikh Empire, East
India Company and the British Empire.
2. Badshahi Mosque:
World’s most iconic mosque is located in the west of
Lahore Fort along with the Walled City. The mosque is known as a Mughal Era Mosque
in Lahore.
3. Shalimar Gardens:
The Shalimar Gardens are one of the most popular
tourist destinations in Lahore. The gardens were constructed in the region of
Shah Jahan to represent the earthly utopia for humans with beautiful elements
of nature.
4. Lahore Museum:
The Lahore Museum was built on The Mall during the British The colonial period in Pakistan. It is a highly interesting place to know about the
history of the city and the influence of different Empires.
5. Wazir Khan mosque:
The Wazir Khan mosque was built in the era of the
Mughal Empire Shah Jahan in the 17th century. The mosque is incredibly
beautiful for its intricate faience tile work.
6. Minar-e-Pakistan:
Pakistan’s national monument located in Lahore. The tower
was built when All India Muslim League passed Lahore Resolution on 23rd
March 1940. It Is on the opposite side of Lahore Fort in Iqbal Park. People
love to visit this place.
7. Liberty Market:
After visiting historic places, one must be eager to
shop somewhere or buy stuff. Liberty Market is a big market in Lahore.
8. Lahore Zoo:
Lahore Zoo is one of the largest zoos in Pakistan
managed by the Forest. Wildlife and Fisheries department of the Government of
Pakistan. The zoo has a collection of about 1378 animals of 135 species.
9. Army Museum Lahore:
The Pakistan Army Museum is good and much-desired
addition to limited museums that are located in the provincial metropolis. The museum was opened for the general public by Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed
Bajwa in 2017.
10. MM Alam Road:
Named after Muhammad Mahmood Alam, MM Alam Road is one
of the busiest streets in Lahore. The street has almost every top north brand,
Restaurants, shopping malls, and much more. There is quite a hustle and bustle.
